Pauline has over 30 years experience as an Organization Development practitioner. She spends much of her time working with senior executive teams to improve leadership effectiveness and strategy alignment.
She co-designed and delivered leadership transformation projects sponsored by the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, and the University of Massachusetts. Her US clients include Southern California Edison, City of Burbank, Aerospace Corporation, the Center for Non-profit Management, Ernst and Young, County of Santa Barbara, City of Malibu, and various other Los Angeles County Organizations.
Serving as the Convenor of the Applied Behavioral Sciences Group at the School of Public Administration, University of Southern California, she led the International Training of Trainers Program and the Certificate Program in Human Resources Development. She currently teaches at the California State University Northridge.
She has extensive international experience working with both multinationals and government bodies in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Botswana, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Korea, Kenya, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.
She presented at the ATD National Conference as well as OD Network National Conference. She is a frequent (TV/radio) speaker on ‘The Stories We Tell Are the Stories We Live’ and has used this unique approach in developing leadership capacity building programs.
